First of all, thank you for taking the time to deep dive a bit more on my profile!
If you are here, it's probably because you received my spontaneous application by email. Or maybe you found me on Malt, La Crème de la Crème, LinkedIn, Facebook (strange), MySpace? (how old are you??). Either way, you want to know more.
I created this website to help you go beyond my cold, colorless (but ATS-friendly) resume. It is here to give you a realer sense of who I am, my values at work and maybe even a glimpse of my personality. All of that minus the corporate fluff. (Get ready because I turned off ChatGPT for this)
So let’s start. My name is Louis, and I have been working in digital marketing since launching my first solo venture back in 2019, a women accessories e-com shop that taught me more about growth marketing strategy than any marketing degree ever could.
Over the last six years, I have worked across industries, mastering hard skills in paid acquisition, SEO, and CRM, as well as high-level strategy, including business strategy, cash management and stakeholder management. I have also developed strong product development expertise through my work in marketing technology. Long story short: I love turning data into strategy and strategy into growth.
Beyond the technical skills, what truly defines my work is the people I collaborate with. I have had the chance to work alongside incredibly talented professionals. Marketers, engineers, analysts, senior executives, all of whom I learned from to grow every step of the way. I deeply value teamwork, transparency, and the power of collective intelligence.
On a personal note, I am a mix of extraversion and introversion, I value honesty, and believe the best teams are built on trust, collaboration, clear career development plans, and the occasional well-placed joke.
Of course, a few paragraphs can’t sum up a person. So I will just encourage you to just quickly scroll through here and if you think I could adress your needs, reach out! Whether to discuss an opportunity or just exchange ideas, I’d be happy to talk.

Avantir is my solo digital marketing consultancy. I started it back in December 2021. I started doing consulting part-time to expand my horizons and giving myself the possibility to work on a variety of projects while continuing to grow in my full-time roles. Consulting allowed me the flexibility to work on diverse challenges and deepen my experience across different industries, all while maintaining the stability of my primary job.
Through Avantir, I’ve been able to focus on a few key services. For instance, I’ve worked on building and optimizing websites, ensuring they’re not only user-friendly and responsive but also technically sound with strong SEO foundations.
I’ve also managed Google Ads campaigns for a B2B web accessibility company, where I focused on delivering MQLs with good CPL. Additionally, I deployed CRM systems like HubSpot and Brevo, automating workflows to enhance client retention.
The beauty of working part-time on these projects is that I get to apply my skills in different contexts & solve new problems while still balancing the strategic work I do in my full-time roles. It's my way of keeping up with the trend!
Adeline LeBlanc was an online store I launched, selling makeup bags through the power of social ads.
I built the website using a CMS, sourced makeup bags from China over 2019 Winter months, and, with the help of a friend, filmed product demos to showcase them. From there, I jumped into the Adobe suite, using Premiere Pro to edit ads and Photoshop to design promotional content for AdelineLeBlanc.com. Once everything was set, I ran paid campaigns on Instagram and Facebook to get those demos in front of as many potential customers as possible.
The goal? Gather enough data to build a typical customer profile. Once I had that, I launched targeted campaigns with lookalike audiences to optimize ROAS, and turn a profit—which, for a while, worked pretty well!
I wrapped up the project in mid 2020 when profitability declined, officially shutting it down during the COVID-19 crisis due to supply chain issues. But regardless of the outcome, I loved the experience. It gave me hands-on insight into digital marketing, and that’s what pushed me to pursue this field further by working alongside experts and continuing to learn every day.
If my application has awakened your curiosity, please do not hesitate to contact me. I would be delighted to discuss with you by phone or by video conference to learn more about your needs and expectations.
